General Motors: SuperBowl XLI - Ain't We Got Love
This year, television viewers will not just see the $2.5 million Super Bowl commercials developed by ad execs, they will have created them. During Super Bowl XLI, some of the 30-second spots were the devised through various ad contests in which college students and football fans were asked to participate. One such contest, the Chevy Super Bowl College Ad Challenge, asked students to come up with ideas featuring General Motors vehicles. The group of students whose idea is chosen will get to see their innovation come to life on Feb. 4 in front of an expected 90 million viewers. New video includes commercial and soundbites from the students, as well as b-roll footage of them working in their teams.
